Digital Sales Manager

DIGITAL SALES MANAGER:

DELIVERABLES


  • Lead digital transformation in the business with an emphasis on people development
  • Train, manage and coach the sales team and be their mentor.
  • Improve the skills of the team and drive company culture and customer service


  • Develop and execute sales strategy to deliver on quarterly and annual targets


  • Grow revenue through expanding current clients and selling in new clients.


  • Build, retain and grow a network of leads and relationships with clients.


  • Apply campaign data and insights in the pursuit of new business opportunities.


  • Contribute to sustaining and growing the strength of the Commercial team.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans.


  • Secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.


  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting revenue opportunities.


  • Successfully coach, train and lead a digital sales team


  • Lead the transition of digital sales and build a digital sales team


  • Focus on culture, people development and establish a high working relationship with the digital sales team


  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.


  • Build and maintain detailed knowledge of the sectors our clients/prospects work in.


  • Commitment to reporting and controls, which may include meetings, activities, templates, and plans.


  • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge of all things digital.


  • Participate in brainstorms that contribute to company and campaign growth and innovations.

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES


  • Have a strong and demonstrable network of contacts to develop new business opportunities in the short term.


  • Must have an appropriate qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree.


  • Strong leadership skills and experience in working and leading a team.


  • Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading corporate organizations.


  • Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.


  • Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
