Position: Dynamic Catalyst (Executive Support)

As a tech-focused disruptive startup operating out of Woodstock, we are looking for Executive Support to our Business Driver and Chief Cheerleader. Are you the Catalyst of GSD (Getting Stuff Done) that we've been waiting for?

You will need the following skills and abilities to be successful in the role:

- Excellent communication skills, in English & Afrikaans, on the phone, via email and face to face as you will be dealing with clients, investors & staff.

- Excellent ability to take and give instruction as you will be partnering closely with the Business Driver, representing the company and giving instruction to your team.

- Disciplined approach to project management and completing tasks (both owned and delegated).

- The ability to take ownership and accountability for tasks and projects. - Able to run Social Media Accounts, experience with Google Applications and Office Applications.

- Financial acumen and basic bookkeeping experience.

- Business writing, minutes and note taking during meetings.

- Strong research capabilities.

- Flexible & able to adapt to fast changing situations.

- Strong character - can take instruction and offer. feedback/suggestions.

- Able to think creatively and quickly with high attention to detail - Understanding of Staffing/HR functions and Recruitment.

- Able to create reports from weekly activities (staff activities, business progress, setbacks etc.).

- Previous Startup experience is beneficial.

- Sales experience will be very beneficial.

- Medical Admin/Frontliner/rep experience is beneficial.

- Undergraduate degree/diploma in communication, psychology, marketing, business, project management, media etc will be beneficial but not necessary.
