Partner Success Consultant

My client is an award winning, paperless solution to accounting and bookkeeping firms, and is a small pocket of a global company, based in Cape Town city centre.

The Partner Success Consultant role sits within the client's Account Management Team. The role is to ensure new Partners (accounting & bookkeeping firms) are onboarded successfully, guided through product implementation post upsell and ensure their continued success.

Role Summary

Acquiring a new customer is anywhere from five to twenty-five times more expensive than retaining an existing one. As the regional Sales teams grow, we need to ensure that Partners and their clients are happy, and not undoing the great work the Sales Team have done by leaving through the back door.

Responsibilities Core


  • Contribute to and Build on existing reporting to enhance the client's ability to track efficacy of Global Partner Success Team
  • Experiment and innovate with techniques to ensure ongoing partner success.
  • Build and refine internal processes that can scale as the team grows.

Onboarding


  • Own the process for onboarding new Partners
  • Ensure that Partners are using the RB Extract in the most efficient way
  • Collect and collate feedback from partners to highlight key issues that may prevent increased attach rate.
  • Engage with partners, and their clients, by hosting webinars, attending events, organising email campaigns, and collaborating with other internal teams to improve the efficacy of this process.

Implementation


  • Assisting Partners post upsell/conversion to implement the client and the product they've purchased across their practice
  • Driving internal best practices with Partners
  • Preparing Partners for the next upsell cycle and decreasing time between sales

Retention


  • Determine the Partners that are at risk of churn, and develop a process to target them based on their requirements.
  • Proactively engage with partners that are at high risk of churn to ensure churn prevention.
  • Build on existing reporting to enhance the client's ability to prevent churn of both partners and partners' clients.

Software used


  • Zendesk, Asana, Salesforce, Slack and Looker

Requirement:


  • 2 - 4 years' experience
  • Must be interested in tech

Salary of ±R25K.
