Social Media Community Manager

My client, a leading retail company in South Africa, is on the hunt for a “Social Media Guru” who has experience in community management, strategic planning, and implementation.

The Community Manager will provide daily support to the Customer Relations Manager by to monitoring social media platforms, responding accordingly and interact daily with customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Experience

- 3 years Social Media Complaints Experience

- Diploma or degree in Copywriting, Marketing or Social Media

Job details

(1) Social Media Communication and Customer Engagement
(2) Risk Control
(3) Internal Communication
(4) Reporting

WORKING HOURS:
Must be able and willing to work on any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis. Evening work between 17h00 -21h00 is also expected
Please also note that at present evening work are done from home, but can change at any point of time, where it will be required to work on the premises.
